Organisational structure

The Finnpark group consists the parent company Finnpark Ltd. and subsidiary Finnpark Technics Ltd. Also Tulli Parkki Oy (Finnpark possess 69,6 % of the stock) and Kiinteistö Oy Pysäköintiveturi (Finnpark possess 90,84 % of the stock) are part of the group.

The Finnpark services are divided into four areas:

Realty managing

Finnpark serves you in matters related to management, building and developing, and renting property. Finnpark plans and develops car parks and related commercial property in the Tampere area in targets allocated by the owners. The line of business of Finnpark also includes extensive renting services of properties, business premises, and marketing channels, as well as property maintenance services in the rented facilities.

Operation services

Finnpark is responsible for the maintenance and servicing of Finnpark’s owned as well as operated facilities. The operation services also include parking control, data network, maintenance, cleaning, security, marketing and financial administration services, produced together with partners. Finnpark is also responsible for street-side parking in Tampere.

Parking services

Finnpark parking services are aimed at the consumer customers driving into the car park and at companies offering parking services to their employees and customers. 

Finnpark Technics Ltd.

This is the technical spreadhead of Finnpark taking care of customer-oriented solutions for parking management, and managing the development of P-Innovations and intallations of devices and products.

In addition to well-known Designa parking systems Finnpark Technics selection includes the high quality Hectronic payment machines, versatile Came gates, and products from several other manufacturers.
